Sophie joined the Sole Focus Podiatry family in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping people move and feel their best. Graduating with honours from the Queensland University of Technology, Sophie has honed her skills across diverse clinical settings, including private practices, hospitals, and sports medicine clinics.
Sophie's dedication to podiatry is deeply rooted in her own active life. As a former professional dancer and athlete, she understands firsthand the critical role healthy feet and ankles play in achieving peak performance and overall well-being. This personal experience fuels her commitment to providing the highest quality care tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

She has a strong background in sports podiatry and a particular interest in dance-related injuries and assessments. Furthermore, Sophie has developed a keen interest and is now highly trained in Prolotherapy, a regenerative treatment she is passionate about offering to her patients.
